CHALLENGE: Customer was having trouble quickly identifying specialty tools.
SOLUTION: Molded tool grips were color coded by dip coating ends in a variety of easily identifiable colors.

CHALLENGE: Customer's Vibratory Parts Feeder was producing excessive noise and improper part feeding.
SOLUTION: Spray Plastisol was applied to the inside of the bowl resulting in noise reduction and improved gripping.

CHALLENGE: Customer was experiencing excessive wear and rattling of their parts after installation.
SOLUTION: Plastisol was applied to specific areas of the parts without interfering with their functionality.

CHALLENGE: Customer was placing an extruded sleeve over their hollow, perforated chair arm resulting in an unacceptable appearance caused by buckling.
SOLUTION: Our innovative processing techniques allowed us to plastisol coat the arm and create an aesthetically pleasing part.
