PDM offers a variety of coating processes and materials:

Plastisol Dip Coating involves dipping preheated parts into liquid plastisol followed by a postheat cure. This process offers excellent abrasion, corrosion and electrical resistance.

Fluidized Bed Powder Coating involves dipping preheated parts into fine nylon or vinyl powder suspended by air. This process is used when a uniform, dripless coating is required.

Our high-volume conveyorized systems, in combination with statistical process control and the use of automotive approved plastisol for clients such as Ford, Chrysler and GM, make PDM an industry leader you can count on for a job done right every time.
